Why Anti-Christian Group Harassing Clemson Football Team Can't Sue Them... Yet"Christian athletes and coaches need to stand strong. The Freedom From Religion Foundation can be defeated if enough people stand together, pray, and determine not to bow down to this organization." –Steve McConkey
According to Breitbart News, FFRF desires to sue the Clemson football team, but they are unable to find a former or current player to help them with a lawsuit. "Without a player that's willing to challenge [the football program in court], I don't think there would be any legal action that could be taken," FFRF's Patrick Elliott tells Breitbart. "We're not seeking someone. If they contacted us it [representing them] would be something we could do." FFRF is headquartered near the Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin. The sports ministry 4 WINDS is also located in Madison next to the University of Wisconsin football stadium. 4 WINDS stands up for America's Christian athletes and believes FFRF's inability to find an athlete to help sue Clemson is a victory. "Christian athletes and coaches need to stand strong," states 4 WINDS president Steve McConkey. "The Freedom From Religion Foundation can be defeated if enough people stand together, pray, and determine not to bow down to this organization." 4 WINDS has researched FFRF. They started after the founder Anne Nicol Gaylor observed Christians testifying against abortion at the Wisconsin Capitol in 1976. FFRF's sister organization, the Women's Medical Fund was founded around the same time. It has provided funding for over 20,000 abortions in Wisconsin.
