Country Star and Actress Wife Launch Free Toy Store for Families in Need This Christmas: 'We're All in It Together'"When we launched [The Toy Store], our long term goal was to do a Christmas Toy Store for kids and parents to have the same experience of shopping with dignity and choice, but in an extra-fun way. The couple runs an organization they launched in 2020 called The Store, a charity in Nashville, Tennessee, that provides food, clothing, and other items to those in need. It's assembled to look like a normal store but with a catch: all of the items are free. "The Store operates as a year-round free grocery store allowing people to shop for their basic needs," reads a description on The Store's website. "There is no charge to those referred or to the people and agencies that send them. They may shop for food to supplement their income during times of crisis and as they work toward self-sufficiency"...
