He totally dismissed the rising number of sexual assaults of women and children in the Big Apple on Monday, claiming the 6.6% rise in 2025 and 2026 was due to an expansion of the definition of "rape." That definition was put into play by Governor Kathy Hochul in 2024. His monstrous claim ignores the skyrocketing number of Muslims in the city and what can only be viewed as a "Rape Jihad" now taking place there.
