[Newsmax.com] Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is showing a recovery of what one source described as "nothing short of a miracle" after being hospitalized last weekend. (Screengrab image: via WKYC Channel 3)

Giuliani, 81, had severe respiratory distress, which doctors later diagnosed as a life-threatening medical emergency caused by double pneumonia.
