The report by the Concerned Women for America (CWfA) General Action Committee aggregates numbers from Planned Parenthood affiliates' regional reports to obtain more comprehensive data than the national organization's annual report released this month.

"Though only about 14 regions (covering 1-5 states each) have consistently released this data, every single one increased this past year, suggesting an over 40% expansion of GAC" (so-called "gender-affirming care," according to the report's "shocking" findings. That number encompasses total gender-related activities, including "care," "visits," and "services."

The work rose by 50 percent last year at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio locations after a 200 percent increase the year before and a 544 percent increase the period before that.

Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and Northern Idaho more than doubled gender-related activity since the 2022-2023 period, Planned Parenthood of Great Plains increased it by 90% and Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania more than doubled it.

"This is several years in a row now that this number has increased despite society for the most part turning it back and reversing course on a lot of this," CWfA Legislative strategist Macy Petty said in a statement to the Daily Wire.
