...Biden had set the record for Executive Orders signed during a President's first week at 22. A number of the Biden orders were simply nullifying EOs from President Trump's first term.
President Trump crushed the Biden record already by generating 35 and has now signed 44, surpassing the first 100 days of any President since Truman (and Trump is only 11 days into his 2nd term).
