In April 2020, the Angus Reid Institute—a Canada-based firm—released a survey showing only 26% of its 1,528 respondents described abortion as "always" or "usually" morally wrong. By comparison, 51% of respondents said it is "always" or "usually" morally wrong to use plastic straws or cutlery.
