Rabbi Yosef Berger, the rabbi of King David's Tomb on Mount Zion, attended the fateful event almost two years ago and believes that it connected the presidential campaign with King David, bringing about Trump's victory. "King David also had to overcome great opposition in order to establish his kingship," Rabbi Berger told Breaking Israel News. "Trump connected to that. This cycle was completed when the president recognized Jerusalem as the true capital of the Jewish People, just as King David did."
