Why would he do such a thing? A few days ago, Gaines said it's come to his attention that a lot of people "hated" his signature long hair. So, he put them to the test and launched something he called Operation Haircut. He challenged his Instagram followers to donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital, saying the more money donated, the shorter his hair would go.

Operation Haircut was apparently a raging success, because Chip is now completely bald. Doesn't get any shorter than that!
