(Los Angeles, CA) – [CBN News] Netflix is once again changing the game in the entertainment world. It's breathing new life into a 1980s sitcom with the reboot of the show "Full House." (Photo via Bustle.com)

The popular series is back with most of the original stars. The new Netflix series is called "Fuller House," and at the center of the new storyline is an all grown-up D.J. Tanner, played by actress Candace Cameron Bure.

D.J. is a mother who struggles to balance life as a single mother of three children, following the death of her firefighter husband.

In real life Bure is also a busy wife and mother of three, juggling work life and family. Bure spoke with CBN News prior to launch of the new series.

"I have a lot of failure moments," Bure shared. "We all do. Nobody is perfect. Life isn't perfect. Sometimes, I have to ‘boo-hoo’ it out in my car and just cry. And sit and have a moment. And then collect myself. And sometimes I am proud of the failure because the failure means I have tried."

Trying has landed the star a spot as one of the co-hosts of ABC's "The View."

That work ethic has also allowed her to write three New York Times best-selling books and pushed her to an impressive finish on season 18 of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," which she is still very happy to talk about with CBN News.

"It's still a big deal in my life," Bure said, pushing back happy tears. "I light up when anyone asks me about 'Dancing With the Stars.' It was not just so much fun, but I learned so much about myself and so many life lessons."

The dancing show was more than just about learning to do the "quick step" and "salsa." For Candace, it was an exercise in courage and conviction. (Photo via Bustle.com)

"Because that is what really happened in the platform that I was given, to be courageous, just getting out there in front of millions of people and competing," she said. "And then living with conviction; staying true to myself and my faith and my values and sharing that on that level."

Bure stayed true to her Christian faith from the modesty of her dance attire, to her passion in practice, to her performances on the live show.

"I am passionate about my work, whether it's writing or acting. And I am passionate about my family. I am passionate about my faith," she said. "Those are all huge things in my life, so I make time for all of those. And it is a juggling act for sure."

That juggling act now includes the show where America first fell in love with the child star. Fans can now binge-watch the entire first season on Netflix.
