According to a Fox News report, the plane "pivoted onto its side with one wing scraping past National Freeway No. 1 just before it plunged into the river."

The plane's wing also hit a taxi on the freeway as it tore through, injuring the driver and passenger.

An investigation into the crash is on-going.
