Aimee Herd : May 19, 2009  Harvest Crusade

"Let's remember to pray for all of these new and returning Believers as they take their faith into their everyday world."

Harvest Crusade Black HillsPastor Greg Laurie and his team have just finished up another Harvest Crusade in Black Hills this past weekend, with around 1,900 attending, and about 1,517 people coming to Jesus—either for the first time, or as a recommitment. (Photo: Harvest Crusade)

Laurie states that the next crusade will take place in Long Island, NY, and eventually culminate in a final meeting for 2009 in Los Angeles at Angels Stadium, to celebrate 20 years of evangelism through the Harvest Crusades.

Below is a report from the Harvest blog. You can also watch a video report from Greg Laurie himself, at the source link provided.

The Black Hills Harvest is complete!

It was another amazing night of ministry as 6,300 people packed the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center for music from Jeremy Camp, the Katinas, and Crystal Lewis. Pastor Greg gave a message on "How to Find Eternal Life," and 497 people came forward and prayed to receive Christ or make a recommitment.

For the entire weekend, 19,000 people attended the Black Hills Harvest, and 1,517 people responded to the Gospel message. Praise the Lord!

Let's remember to pray for all of these new and returning Believers as they take their faith into their everyday world.
