(Britain)-On Monday, a British police sting busted a pedophile network made up of 700 suspects in 35 countries. The latest arrests were part of an ongoing U.S. led investigation involving the exploitation and abuse of young children in several states.

Monday's sting enabled British authorities to rescue at least 31 young children, 15 of them in Britain, according to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Center (CEOP). These victims, some as young as 2-months-old, were sexually exploited in photographs and even on streaming video worldwide. (Photo: JFCI.org)

Ernie Allen, President of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, had worked with law enforcement officials on the case. He told FOXNews that "victims are becoming younger and younger." He added that "39 percent of child pornography offenders in this country have images of children under 6; 19 percent have images of kids younger than 3."

"These are crime scene photos. These images are inseparable from the physical victimization of children," Allen lamented.

Besides the United States and Britain, Canada and Australia also took part in the investigation.
