(Israel) — [Reprinted with permission of The Times of Israel] Israel’s new Foreign Ministry chief – Yuval Rotem --  on Monday hailed the lackluster outcome of Sunday’s Paris peace conference as a victory for Israel, saying [that Israel] not showing up sent a message to the international community …

“The fact that the Paris conference has no follow-up is, from our perspective, the most meaningful accomplishment,” Rotem told Israel Radio Monday morning.
