"You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor." -Leviticus 19:15

[Breaking Christian News] Last Friday the verdict was handed down in the farce-of-a-trial involving President Trump and a woman known as E. Jean Carroll. Trump was ordered to pay Carroll $83.3 million. (Screengrab image)

One important fact all should know from the start is that—as noted by Travis on X—"Trump has never been convicted, or even investigated for what she accused him of," and which he vehemently denies.

It was a defamation lawsuit, because she says he defamed her by denying a sexual assault in a dressing room at Bergdorf-Goodman back in 1994. Or was it 1995 or 96?—she says she can't remember.

Statute of Limitations you say? Not in THIS case. In 2022, New York Democrats conveniently came up with the 'Adult Survivors Act' which "allows survivors to sue regardless of the statute of limitations."

Was the judge on the level? Well, following the verdict, it was discovered that Judge Lewis Kaplan and Carroll's lawyer Roberta Kaplan had worked together, presenting a "conflict of interest and a violation of judicial ethics rules," according to a NY Post report. This was never disclosed prior to, or during the trial.

It's reported that Trump's lawyers will be using that information in an upcoming appeal.

Also, Carroll's lawsuit was "financially backed by anti-Trump Democrat megadonor Reid Hoffman, who has openly admitted to visiting convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's private island," notes Breitbart.

But what about E. Jean Carroll herself? That's where things get really strange. Multiple sources list fact after disturbing fact about the woman and her "case" against Trump.

In an article by Breitbart titled: "15 Facts About E. Jean Carroll" it's pointed out that:

• The Donna Karan blazer dress she claims to have worn during the alleged incident was not even available at the time of her claims. Trump Attorney Boris Epshteyn told reporters, "She said, 'This is the dress I wore in 1994.' They went back, they checked. The dress wasn't even made in 1994."

• Joe Tacopina, an attorney for Trump, pointed out in May 2023 that Carroll's entire story has incredible similarities to a 2012 episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. In that episode, titled "Theatre and Tricks," an individual talks about a rape fantasy in Bergdorf Goodman—the same department store where Carroll claims the incident took place.

• Carroll once said, "Most people think of rape as sexy."

There are many more odd actions and words that evidence someone who is quite out of the norm when it comes to character.

Unbelievably (and unconstitutionally), Trump was not allowed to present those and other facts in his defense.

President Trump's lawyer, Alina Habba told reporters following the close of the trial that they would be appealing, according to a One America News report:

"Before I walked into court, that judge decided that every single defense that President Trump had, we were not allowed to raise in front of the jury. It is in writing and I encourage the real journalists to take the minute to look at his orders. There was no proof, and I couldn't prove that she didn't bring in the dress, there was no DNA, there were no experts. My experts were denied. Two of them were denied to come in."

"They didn't let me bring up that Reid Hoffman (billionaire co-LinkedIn founder) funded Ms. Kaplan (Carroll's lawyer) … Don't get it twisted. We are seeing a violation of our justice system, ladies and gentleman. You are not allowed to be stripped of every defense that you have. I am proud to stand with President Trump because he showed up. He stood up, he took the stand, and he faced this judge. And you know what? I'll continue to do so with him."

I encourage others to visit the sources linked in this article to gain a little more information.

When his appeal does come around in court, I sincerely hope (and pray) that Trump will have a judge and jury that is fair, unbiased and uncorrupt. Every citizen—LET ALONE a President of the United States—deserves that according to the 14th amendment of the US Constitution. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here
