Michael Belk is a Christian fashion photographer who, greatly impacted by 9/11 while in New York for a photo shoot a week after the disaster, has created the "Jesus Photo Collection." The collection is said to be a retelling of the Gospels to a 21st century audience.

Belk called it "the most grueling, but most rewarding shoot" of his career.

Notes reporter Michelle A. Vu: "The fashion photographer-turned-Jesus' camera man is considering exhibiting the collection worldwide in counterintuitive venues such as mass transit stations, corporate headquarters and projections onto urban buildings. He also hopes the images will be used in a greeting card line and small group curriculum."
