Democrats Pushing Free Healthcare For Illegal Aliens In California Midterms?Conservative outlets seized on the segment, exposing Becerra's comments as an admission that illegal aliens are taking jobs that could otherwise go to American workers while receiving "free healthcare for illegals..."
He miserably argued that many of these workers are the people "picking the crops," building homes and caring for elderly relatives, saying Californians benefit from their labor even if they lack legal status. Becerra also stupidly contended that excluding illegal aliens from coverage would not save money, warning that they would still seek treatment through costly emergency rooms if denied regular care.
