This week, the Department of Justice (DOJ), under Attorney General Pam Bondi, convened a grand jury to investigate allegations related to how Obama administration officials handled intelligence about Russian interference in the 2016 election, commonly referred to in the press as "Obamagate."

As our government convenes a grand jury, let us convene a jury of intercessors before God to ask for "Transparency and Justice" (click to download) to prevail in this case.

This move follows a criminal referral from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who recently declassified over 100 pages of documents. Gabbard claims these documents reveal a "treasonous conspiracy" and manipulation of intelligence by Obama-era officials to undermine Donald Trump.

Tulsi Gabbard's declassified report, released in July 2025, presents several controversial claims regarding the Obama administration's handling of intelligence related to Russian interference in the 2016 election. Here are the key findings from the report:

• Lies: The report claims that President Obama directed the creation of a false Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) in January 2017, which asserted that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win.

Pray: "The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in people who are trustworthy." Proverbs 12:22

• Leaks: It alleges that senior officials—James Clapper, John Brennan, and James Comey—conspired to leak intelligence supporting this narrative.

Pray: "Those who guard their lips preserve their lives, but those who speak rashly will come to ruin." Proverbs 13:3

• Leverage: The report claims that the Obama administration worked with media partners to leverage the narrative of Trump-Russia collusion to deceive the American public.

Pray: "Though they plot evil against You and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed." Psalm 21:11

All of these activities appear to be an attempt to set up an elaborate coup to remove President Trump through impeachment.

So, what are the next steps?

These are the next steps in the DOJ's grand jury process regarding the apparent manipulation of the truth by the Obama administration, as directed by Attorney General Pam Bondi:

• Subpoenas and Evidence (Now- August): A federal prosecutor has been assigned to present the evidence gathered by the DOJ—primarily stemming from Tulsi Gabbard's criminal referral and declassified documents—to a grand jury.
• Testimony and Deliberation (September-November): The grand jury will review the evidence to determine whether there is probable cause to believe that crimes were committed. This includes evaluating whether intelligence officials manipulated or suppressed information about Russian interference in the 2016 election.
• Potential Indictments (November and beyond): If the grand jury finds sufficient evidence, it may issue indictments against individuals involved. Indictments can lead to criminal charges and arrests.

A Grand Jury has been convened in Washington, DC, relying on jury members chosen from the area. This, too, poses challenges as DC residents are not known to have balanced political views. In the 2024 election, 93% of DC residents voted for VP Harris.

In addition to the DOJ convening a Grand Jury, the House Oversight Committee has announced scheduled depositions based on ISSUED SUBPOENAS of the following people:

• Former US Attorney General William Barr: August 18
• Former US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales: August 26
• Former US Attorney General Jeff Sessions: August 28
• Former FBI Director Robert Mueller: September 2
• Former US Attorney General Loretta Lynch: September 9
• Former US Attorney General Eric Holder: September 30
• Former US Attorney General Merrick Garland: October 2
• Former FBI Director James Comey: October 7
• Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: October 9
• Former President Bill Clinton: October 14

So, now, dear intercessor, our task is straightforward: we need to pray to the God of Heaven for "Transparency and Justice" to prevail.

The Executive Branch's Department of Justice has convened a Grand Jury of the federal Judicial Department to look into the manipulation of the Intelligence Community.

The Congressional House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed the highest ranking officials in the Obama Administration, including the former President himself!
