The vehicle struck multiple individuals outside the building before smashing through the structure and exiting through the west wall.

The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, was uninjured and taken to a hospital for evaluation. Authorities have not yet disclosed the driver's identity, and it remains unclear whether the act was intentional or accidental.

Chatham Village President Dave Kimsey posted a statement on social media per WandTV, stating, "The days and weeks ahead will be challenging as we come to terms with the loss and struggle with the impact.
