In the dream, Karen was staying at a hotel for an event, and someone said that her father had died. She and two other ladies went to her room so Karen could try on some clothes. When she opened the door, she looked over at the bed and her dad was there lying on his back! He looked young, with dark hair, like he did in the 1940s. Some blood was running down the side of his face and he groaned, "I'm in pain! I can't breathe!"

Karen tried to prop him up and asked one of the ladies to call 911. (Her dad was wearing dark blue pants, a white shirt, and red tie.)

Karen woke up feeling distressed. Her dad had gone home to be with the Lord years ago.

We felt like this dream was from God, so we sought the Holy Spirit for His interpretation. We sensed Karen's father had something to do with America because of the red, white, and blue colors he was wearing. We also remembered that her father and my father had both served in the military in World War II during the 1940s. Many have called them "The Greatest Generation" because almost every American volunteered, pitched in, and turned back evil all over the world under impossible odds.

We feel like, in the dream, her father represented the spirit of America's "Greatest Generation," and that this same spirit is coming back to life in our day! This is an emergency situation that needs 911 help! The next day we realized that God had sent the dream right after 9/11! (Image: Pixabay)

Not long after that, I heard the Lord say, "During World War II your dad flew bomber combat missions for three years, was shot down twice, and kept fighting to stop evil from taking over the world. Evil is trying to take over the world again right now. What are you going to do about it?"

THAT GOT MY ATTENTION!

The Lord let that sink in and then said with urgency, "The spirit of the Greatest Generation has come back to life and is saying to everyone in America, 'IT'S YOUR TURN!'"

Pray and Get Out the Vote

So, what can we do? It's like we are in World War III right now, but it's a different kind of war with no shots being fired, and our national freedoms are at stake. We must PRAY like never before and then DO SOMETHING!

The Lord woke me up last night, saying, "Tell My people, here is something you can DO to turn back evil in America... GET OUT THE VOTE." I knew immediately what He was referring to.

Did you know that one third of Christians do not vote? That's 25 million people! During the last couple of election cycles, I have found a reliable way to get out the Christian vote in a big way! You can do it too! It's called the "WRITE NOW" campaign at MyFaithVotes.org. They have found that if a non-voting Christian receives a personal note in the mail from a fellow Christian encouraging them to go to the polls and vote Biblical values, fifty percent of them will go and vote!

What if half or more of 25 million non-voting Christians went to the polls and voted Biblical values this time? It would make a huge difference in the outcome of the election! The Lord keeps reminding me of this quote:

The Lord is saying, "GET OUT THE VOTE!" So let's do it! Let's be salt and light against the darkness! The stakes are high, and this time the war is within our borders.
