We have prayed about these unbiblical changes to Title IX. Now, these changes have been temporarily blocked in several states. Praise God! From The Epoch Times: A federal judge on June 17 issued an order temporarily blocking the Biden administration's new Title IX transgender rule in an additional six states. The rule has sparked controversy for changing the definition of "sex" to include "gender identity" and giving female-identifying male students access to girls' locker rooms and bathrooms... US District Judge Danny C. Reeves' Memorandum and Opinion: "There are two sexes: male and female ... This case concerns an attempt by the executive branch to dramatically alter the purpose government employees' First Amendment rights, and is the result of arbitrary and capricious rulemaking. If the new rule is allowed to take effect on August 1, 2024, all plaintiffs will suffer immediate and irreparable harm. Because the plaintiffs are likely to prevail on the merits of their claims, and the public interest and equities highly favor their position, the new rule will be enjoined, and its application stayed..."
