• Paused all deportations for 100 days.

• Ordered US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to limit the illegal immigrants targeted for arrest.

• Repealed a Trump executive order that enhanced interior enforcement of immigration laws, cut funding to sanctuary cities, and created an office to track crimes committed by illegal immigrants.

• Halted construction of the border wall along the US - Mexicoborder.

• Halted use of the Remain in Mexico policy, formally known as the Migrant Protection Protocols.

• February 2: Biden took the first step to repeal the Trump administration's "public charge" rule, which ensured legal immigrants were able to support themselves financially and would not become dependent on taxpayer-funded welfare programs...
