Judge Promises to Rule 'As Soon as Possible' in Major Case That Could Ban Abortion Drug Nationwide

In November, the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) filed a lawsuit on behalf of four medical organizations and four doctors against the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), arguing that the agency had inappropriately fast-tracked its approval of mifepristone back in 2000.

Now, the ADF and the groups it represents are asking the court for a preliminary injunction that would block prescription of the abortion drug nationwide until the court has a chance to render a definitive judgment... Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here
