Bindi Irwin is the daughter of the popular "The Crocodile Hunter," Steve Irwin who died in 2006. The 22-year-old Australian television personality followed the legacy of her dad who dedicated his life to saving wildlife.

She first debuted on national TV when she hosted "Bindi the Jungle Girl" when she was just 9-years-old. Bindi is currently a conservationist and a zookeeper at the Australia Zoo. Since the death of Steve Irwin, everyone has watched his family carry on his legacy. The announcement of Bindi's pregnancy is exciting news for everyone who follows their family.

Wedding Day

On March 25, 2020, Bindi married a wakeboarder named Chandler Powell. Their wedding day didn't go as planned due to the pandemic restrictions and the paparazzi. The wedding ceremony was scheduled to take place at the "African Savannah" section in the Australia Zoo; however, at the last minute, they moved into the nearby barn.

"On our wedding day we were finally about to get married and the paparazzi flew over us in a helicopter scaring our wildlife," Bindi Irwin shared on social media. "We had to leave our stunning wedding venue on the African savannah for their safety. I said goodbye to the place I dreamt of getting married for so many years."

Pregnancy

Though their dream wedding didn't go as planned, they still successfully married and quickly discovered a greater blessing. Five months after their wedding, they announced on social media that they were expecting a child due in 2021. The couple even asked for prayer for their future child they called "Baby Wildlife Warrior".

"We couldn't wait to share the news as this beautiful little being has become the most important part of our lives," she wrote on her Instagram account. "Your support means the world to us.
