Intersex athletes competing in the women's 400 meters through the 800 meters will be tested for testosterone, reversing the current policy of no tests. These new policies will be enforced before the 2020 Olympics in Japan.

"We have been fighting the transgender movement in the Olympics since 2003," states 4 Winds USA President Steve McConkey. "This is a step in the right direction to eliminate transgenders from the Olympics. Even at five nanamoles, transgenders will still have larger muscle and bone advantages, but this is a good start.

"High schools, the NCAA, pro-leagues, and the military have been influenced by the Olympic Committee's transgender decision in 2003. Local bathroom laws have been affected by this bad Olympic decision. God created the DNA code for males and females. If people go outside of those boundaries, confusion results." -From a letter last year to the International Olympic Committee from 4 Winds USA President Steve McConkey.

McConkey is the founder and president of 4 Winds USA, a ministry for Christian athletes. In 2003, McConkey started fighting the International Olympic Committee for allowing transgenders in the Olympics. He was the only one who stood against this publicly.

From there, the transgender movement spread to state high schools, the NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, and the military. Steve has fought this LGBT agenda every step of the way.
