Incredible Facility for Pregnant Women in Crisis Opens, "All Completely Free of Charge"

Will Maule : Mar 16, 2018  Faithwire.com

Residents will receive professional medical care, parental training, counseling, educational opportunities, and job placement assistance, among other services, all completely free of charge.

The new home, Sanctuary of Hope, aims to assist women who are unsure about their capacity to raise a child because of their life circumstances. Building the center has been a lifelong dream for Hagee who spent time working at an orphanage during his formative years as a teenager.

"As a teenager, I was employed by an orphanage in Houston, Texas. It was there that I saw life through the eyes of an orphan. It was there that I saw the pain of rejection, and the agony of not having a family," Hagee wrote at John Hagee Ministries.

"Now, here we are nearly 60 years later and there are still hundreds of thousands of children that are discarded, abandoned and unwanted. The desperation that I had experience with all those years ago, still remains today—and SO DOES THE VISION!"

"I'm very proud that we are able to so quickly begin offering these services just a little more than one year after we first started building the main facility. Christians are mandated to help their neighbors in need; the Sanctuary of Hope will do just that by providing women in crisis with an opportunity to build prosperous, loving lives," Hagee said, as reported by PR Newswire.

The purpose-built home will have the capacity to house 24 expectant mothers and 24 additional mothers with their newborn children. In the future, Hagee hopes to construct many additional facilities on the 85-acre campus, which will increase the capacity to 300 residents at any given time. Residents will receive professional medical care, parental training, counseling, educational opportunities, and job placement assistance, among other services, all completely free of charge...
