(Boston, MA)—Reports are shifting hourly, but as of this writing it is being reported that police have a possible break in the Boston Marathon bombing case due to images taken from a nearby outdoor security camera video which shows a man talking on a cell phone and carrying a black bag strapped across his chest and then possibly leaving the bag at the scene of the crime. "Before they make any arrest, they're going to have the [evidence there]," said former FBI Special Agent in Charge, Peter J. Ahearn. "They're not going to rush to judgment on this."

According to a CBN report, neurosurgeon Ben Carson of Johns Hopkins Hospital said the death toll could have been worse.
