(New York, NY)—The Jews For Jesus organization had to say goodbye to one of their own this week, when Jhan Moskowitz took a fall that resulted in a severe brain injury, which ultimately claimed his life.

Jhan, the son of a holocaust survivor, was one of the founders of Jews For Jesus (JFJ), a brother in the Lord and a mentor to many Believers.

On Tuesday, Moskowitz was in a subway in New York City and fell, hitting his head and causing a brain hemorrhage. He was put on life support, however, his condition continued to deteriorate and his family eventually made the difficult decision to remove him from life support on Wednesday.

According to JFJ head David Brickner, a memorial service was scheduled for Friday morning at Trinity Baptist in New York City. Jhan's body will be buried in Chicago in a private service.

A tribute website was set up in remembrance of Moskowitz where people can leave comments about how he touched their lives. Included on the site is his own testimony of how he came to know Jesus as his Messiah.
