[RedState.com] President Trump shook up the race to replace Governor Gavin Newsom (D) by endorsing Republican Steve Hilton, a former Fox News host, early Monday morning. The President, on his Truth Social platform, told voters that he has known and respected Hilton for years. "He is a truly fine man, one who has watched as this once great State has gone to Hell. Gavin [Newsom] and the Democrats have done an absolutely horrendous job," he wrote.
