We already know that the federal government lied about the Hunter Biden laptop story and worked to suppress it ahead of the 2020 election. Newly released chat logs, however, show the FBI was active the day the New York Post's original story broke, telling employees to "not discuss [the] Biden matter" and silencing an analyst who sought to share the truth.
