In early December, Johnson faced outraged residents at a Council meeting who let him have it over his administration's staggering $574.5 million expenditure on migrant shelters as the city grapples with a $1 billion budget shortfall.

They are fed up with how the City and Johnson have handled staggering crime, budget cuts, a failing school system, and the funneling of funds away from residents to benefit illegals.
