The crowd gave the newly 18-year-old a standing ovation.

According to reports, it was his very first campaign rally appearance.

"And he's a very good guy, I'll tell you," Trump added, "You know, I'm not allowed to call them boy, but he is my boy. He's my boy. They're all my boys, right? When you have sons, it could be any age. They're your boys, they're always going to be, and he's a very special guy, Barron Trump!"
