The new poll, conducted by CRC Research and first shared with The Daily Wire, found 67% of the 1,600 registered American voters surveyed support legislation banning minors from undergoing transgender surgeries or treatments, such as puberty-blocking and cross-sex hormone therapies.

The study compiled data from voters across the US from Jan. 3-7. The roster of respondents was composed of 35% Democrats, 34% independents, and 30% Republicans.

A majority of every demographic—from Republicans (73%) to independents (71%) to Democrats (61%)—supported laws to protect kids from transgender-related treatments.
