[Faithwire.com] Pop star Adele was moved to tears over the weekend during her show in Las Vegas when she spotted in the crowd the doctor who delivered her now-10-year-old son Angelo. (Screengrab image)

Adele, 35, was in the middle of performing "When We Were Young" Saturday night, walking the floor at Caesars Palace, the home of her ongoing residency, when she spotted the doctor at the end of an aisle.

"Oh my God, Colin!" the popular singer-songwriter said after noticing the OB-GYN mid-verse. "Oh my God! This is my doctor that gave birth to my baby!"
