Logan Brown, the model, was once lesbian but now identifies as "queer" or a "trans pregnant man."

"We're real living people," Brown said, according to Fox News. "And at the end of the day, I am a trans pregnant man and I do exist. No matter what anyone says, I am literally living proof."

The cover model—who admitted to having dealt with "really bad mental health" as a child—described coming out as homosexual before exploring an "identity of being trans," and ultimately settling on identifying as "queer."
