Under [the law], a female is defined as "an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova." A male is defined as "an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to fertilize the ova of a female."

States can pass effective laws defining gender as biological sex, protecting women and girls by keeping men out of women's spaces.
