[ChristianPost.com] Known as the "Arkansas Student Protection Act," the bill passed the state Senate on Monday in a vote of 27-5, having previously passed the state House of Representatives by a vote of 73-18. Also known as House Bill 1592 and sponsored by Republican state Rep.
