In October, 'Breakthrough' won "Inspirational Film of the Year" at the 50th GMA Dove Awards.

"I'm Standing With You" by Diane Warren appeared on the list of nominees the Academy published on Twitter.

Other nominees include:

"(I'm Gonna) Love Me Again," music by Elton John, lyrics by Bernie Taupin, from Rocketman

"Into the Unknown," music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, from Frozen 2

"Stand Up," music and lyrics by Joshuah Brian Campbell and Cynthia Erivo, from Harriet

Breakthrough features the true story of John Smith, who came back to life after drowning in an icy lake. After an hour of John being dead, his mother, Joyce Smith, prayed for the Holy Spirit to raise her son from the dead. The way John and Joyce tell the story, John's heart began beating immediately after his mother's prayer.
