Recently, the rapper appeared on Apple Music's Beats 1 on Queen Radio, hosted by Nicki Minaj, to talk about his new music. In the interview, the Chicago native talked about his new album The Big Day and discussed his relationship with his wife, Kirsten Corley.

Chance opened up about the decision Corley made to get baptized and abstain from sex before marriage, and how it saved his life...

Chance and his wife Kirsten had been dating since 2013 and had a daughter in 2015 named Kensli. Kirsten's decision to become celibate until marriage came well into their relationship, but according to Chance, it had a large impact on his life.

"I explained that my wife literally saved my life by becoming celibate and going and getting baptized," he said.

Chance further detailed that his wife's commitment to her faith made him wonder where his own strength came from.
