GOD TV Features a Month of Big Music
GOD TV is to feature many USA and UK Christian recording artists, musicians and bands in its programming over the next few weeks, with three major concerts culminating in a fourth blow out concert on July 3 as GOD TV televises its first Angel Mission Benefit Concert.
There have already been some great Christian music events offered by God TV this month, but there are still more to come. Some of those are listed below, log onto God TV for more information.
The Ultimate Event
(Saturday June 20 at 7pm and Sunday June 21 at 2.30pm Eastern direct from the UK)
The Ultimate Event features: Kutless, Superchick, Bluetree and thebandwithnoname.
Direct from the UK's mega theme park, Alton Towers, where thousands of young people gathered for some fast-paced action, the Ultimate Event gives you more cutting-edge international Christian bands. These include US Christian hard rock metal band, Kutless from Portland, Oregon; pop, rap, and R&B band, Superchick from Chicago, Illinois; and Irish group Bluetree, famous for their hit song God of This City. Also appearing at the Ultimate Event is thebandwithnoname which is part of the Innervation Trust, an organization committed to transforming young lives through music in schools and on the international stage.
The Ramp
(Friday June 26 and Saturday June 27 at 8pm Eastern. LIVE from Alabama, USA.)
The Ramp features: Karen Wheaton, Chosen, Eddie James and Rick Pino.
Karen Wheaton is a seasoned Christian minister whose music and preaching has provoked many people to pursue God in passionate worship. Now as the founder of the international youth ministry, The Ramp, Karen hosts regular music concerts featuring Chosen, a group of 30 young ministers who lead audiences to the throne of God with their worship, prophetic dances and dramas. Other musicians such as Rick Pino, founder of Fire Rain Ministries and IHOP-KC worship leader, Eddie James who will be joining Karen LIVE on GOD TV from Hamilton, Alabama this month.
Angel Mission Water of Life Concert
(Friday July 3 at 5pm Eastern LIVE from James River's 'I Love America' Celebration.)
This concert includes: Israel Houghton, Leeland, Vicky Beeching, Press Play, The Afters and Live Out Loud.
Angel Mission, the charitable arm of GOD TV invites viewers to rock out to six great bands while helping to provide clean water for children in Africa. Hosted by GOD TV / Angel Mission co-founder Rory Alec and John Bongiorno, president of Angel Mission this event LIVE from Ozark, Missouri marks the culmination of four great weekends of music concerts on GOD TV, while at the same time making a huge difference to the poorest of communities.
