Not that academic excellence is by any means the sole indicator of a child's worth; but these success stories, no doubt, keep hard-working parents motivated.
(Austin, Texas)—UPI reports that Andrew Brisbin of Denton, Texas, has completed the requirements for a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas' McComb School of Business in just two years. "So?" …one might ask. Brisbin is 16 years old.
According to the report, Brisbin was homeschooled and he plans on continuing his education by going to graduate school after he gets some work experience under his belt first.
Congratulations, Andrew. You do homeschoolers proud.
