Indiana's "In God We Trust" Plates a Go

The court ruling affirmed that the "God" license plates are Constitutional.

(Indianapolis, Indiana)—News 6 from The Indy Channel reports that a ruling was passed on Monday this week allowing license plates that say "In God We Trust."

The appeals court upheld an earlier judgment, which went against the claim by the ACLU that "special treatment" regarding the fee was being given to those who asked for God plates for their car.

The court stated that Indiana's fee structures are "uniformly applicable to all similarly situated license plates."
