Christian think tank says they're "great adverts for Christianity."
(United Kingdom)?According to a recent article in Christian Today, posters which have been put up on London buses by the British Humanist Association, which carry the slogan, "There's probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life," may not accomplish what the atheist group had hoped.
A Christian "think tank" staffed by heads of the Church of England as well as the Roman Catholic Church in both England and Wales maintains that instead of turning people away it might just "encourage people to think about God." (Photo: BBC News)
Indeed, it seems that a person who is normally apathetic concerning religion and without a thought toward God, would be prompted to consider His existence and their relationship with Him, just by reading the ads.
One might even be able to apply Joseph's words to his brothers in Gen. 50:20 ? "?But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive..." I believe God can use anything He wants to in drawing people to Him?even the ad campaigns of atheists.
