"…We want people to laugh and have a great time, but we also want people to be touched on a spiritual level."
The Bible readily mentions the beneficial effects of a "merry heart" (it does you good just like a medicine…it’s like a continual feast, etc.), and now the "Apostles of Comedy" are set to bring some wholesome comedic relief out on tour.
Jeff Allen, Brad Stine, Anthony Griffith, and Ron Pearson, plan to venture into 12 cities around the USA before Thanksgiving, providing some laughs in a family-friendly atmosphere.

"I would love to see scenarios where we go in and do the show on a Saturday night and then share our testimonies in the same church on Sunday morning," said Comedian Jeff Allen, in a Christian Post article.
Allen added, "Comedy has a way of breaking down barriers and becoming an outreach to people who might not go to a church to see a music concert or other event. We want people to laugh and have a great time, but we also want people to be touched on a spiritual level."
Being called a "family-friendly version of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour," the Apostles of Comedy will reportedly complete their 12-city trip on November 24th, in Knoxville.
