An annual event in Israel, the Jerusalem March, held during the Feast of Tabernacles, is well attended by visiting Christians who support the nation, and stand with her in prayer.
The Jerusalem Post reported on this year's march which brought Believers from many different countries to the Holy Land, in love and support of Israel.
One man, John Wesley Nguuh, who was interviewed said, "We came to Israel for two reasons. To identify with the mission of Israel, and to tell Israel that 'we are your friends; we love you, we pray for you, and be encouraged that, among the nations, you [have] friends.' Another participant, Rev. Lydiah E.A. Omwoha, added, "This is a great nation…we are an inheritance through Israel, and we came to say 'Peace be upon you; it's not too late. The Lord—the Lion—will roar from this mountain.'"
