"The state standard should be as close to that gold standard of married-mom-and-dad homes as possible."
(Arkansas)—According to a Citizen Link report, a ballot measure which garnered 85,389 valid signatures now has more than enough to bring it before the people for a vote.
In the measure, constituents would decide on the importance of a two-parent home for foster children and possible adoptees.
Arkansas Family Council President, Jerry Cox told the AP, "The state standard should be as close to that gold standard of married-mom-and-dad homes as possible."
