Christian Groups Rally to Help Those Affected by Tropical Storm Fay in Sunshine State
Though not a hurricane, slow-moving Fay flooded Florida with historic number of landfalls.

Fay seemed to plague Florida with a deluge of rain, causing severe flooding while making landfall a record number of 4 times.
While Florida mops up, however, the considerably weakened Fay may be welcomed on her latest course in states where drought has made its mark, particularly in Alabama and Tennessee.
