"…the only votes that count are the votes that are cast."
FOX News' Election Headquarters is reporting that in some states, the results could be determined by a surprisingly large group of American constituents: religious young people.
Those areas known as "battleground states"—Ohio, Missouri and Colorado—in particular, could see the outcome greatly affected by the youth vote in general, and specifically by young religious voters.
According to the report, Evangelical young people made up about 20 percent of the youth vote in the last presidential election. The article states that over four million "practicing Jews, Muslims and Christian youth could show up to vote on November 4th."
John Green, director of the Bliss Institute at University of Akron in Ohio, remarked that "turnout is critical and the only votes that count are the votes that are cast."
