"We really sensed a deep faith and hunger in him for all that God wanted to do in his life."
Prophetic flautist and singer/songwriter, Theresa Hurlbert (formerly Griffith), reports that she and her husband Jeff, in June of 2006, took the opportunity to minister to Myung-Bak Lee, President of South Korea, who—at that time—was the mayor of Seoul.
"[We] prophesied to him that he would become president," recalls Theresa. "We were ministering that night to about 4,000 Korean Youth, and he was also there. Afterwards, his bodyguards asked us if we would be willing to sing a prophetic song over him in a private room. So, we were whisked away to this room, and I put the harp in his lap and began to sing that the Lord was giving him the mantle of King Solomon and that—as president—he would use that gift to bring incredible blessing to his country with so much positive change that leaders from other countries would come to him for counsel, and would ask him how he could accomplish so much in such a short time."
According to Theresa, Jeff also had words of knowledge for Myung-Bak Lee, "to the point that he was deeply moved; he hugged us so tight in appreciation."
Lee reportedly wanted to spend more time with Theresa and Jeff, and told them so, however, they were scheduled to leave the next day.
"We really sensed a deep faith and hunger in him for all that God wanted
to do in his life," says Theresa adding, "it was a great honor."
Myung-Bak Lee was sworn into office as President of South Korea this past February. To read more about this apparent "man of faith," in a previous BCN article, CLICK HERE.
