"I prayed hard at night. I said somebody's coming for us."
(The Bahamas)—Two Bahamian conch divers, lost at sea for four days in their dinghy, did the only thing they said they knew to do; pray.
"I [asked] God to please keep me safe and let somebody just come and rescue us," said Derek Smith, one of the survivors. "I prayed hard at night. I said somebody's coming for us."
According to a report on Yahoo News, Dan Crossley, who rescued the men, was out for a "leisurely day of fishing when the autopilot he'd set on his boat ended up leading him straight to the two drifters, 26 miles off the coast."
